Local Pickup (UTAH)
Our office is located in Roy, UT. Local customers may choose to pick up their orders by selecting “local pickup” during the checkout process. Unpaid orders will be held for 2 days. Paid orders will be held until pickup. After your order is received, you will be contacted via phone to confirm that your order is available for pickup and the address will be provided. To guarentee that your order has been picked up from our warehouse and is ready for you, we advise you to not come pick up your order until we have spoken with you.
Pickup times are Tuesdays 5-8pm and Thursdays 5-8pm.
You will be contacted via phone to confirm that your order is available for pickup. All unpaid orders will need to be paid upon pickup by either check or exact cash. We do not keep cash on hand for change. If you have any questions regarding your pickup order, please call 801.336.7616.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If you are a buyer living outside of the United States, please contact us before placing your order so that we can provide you a shipping cost.
Free shipping on orders over $125.00 USD only applies to domestic orders in the United States.
Product is shipped between 1-3 business days of your purchase. Games purchased Friday Afternoon (MST) Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
We do ship with flat rate domestic shipping within the restrictions and sizes of the USPS boxes.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Free shipping orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground – See map below for transit times.

If you would like a signature confirmation with your order please inform us of the request in your order notes and we’ll be happy to add it at no additional charge.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or outside physical damaged item) otherwise the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Unless you received the item due to a mistake on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
Backorder Policy
95% + of our items are in stock, there are about 5% that go out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances or misinformation from the manufacturer/distributor. If your order cannot ship completely within 7 days, Boardgameguy will contact you and ask if you want a refund of the item(s) in question and have us ship the rest of the order, or to have you give your OK to wait a few more days. Any item you are refunded will also earn you a $5.00 off coupon toward a future purchase for this. Please be aware that games sometimes go out of stock or the manufacturers misinform us as to the release dates or availability. Check other sites and see how often their “preorders” are pushed back a month or two to see just how bad this industry can be for meeting their release/restock dates
