Q: Where are you located? Do you have a storefront?
A: We are located in Roy, Utah - Yes you may pick up your orders at our location. Address will be provided after checkout. Our current pickup times are Tuesday 4-8 pm and Friday 9-12 am 

Q: Can I pick up the item instead of having it shipped?
A: Absolutely.  During checkout, select "Local Pickup" as the shipping option.  Through email or by phone we will arrange a time for you to stop by and pick up your games.

Note: Due to the popularity of some games, pickup needs to occur within 3 days of placing the order. You will always receive a last chance email or phone call notifying you that the item will be re-stocked and your order canceled if not picked up within 1 day of this email or phone call. Abuse of this local pickup option could result in a termination of your account.

Q: I live out of state (outside of Utah) and selected "Locl Pickup" during checkout. What now?

A: You will recieve an email confirming if this is correct. If you live out of state (outside of Utah) then you will have to confirm an authorized individual by you that will come pick this game up. If you slected this in error, then I will calculate your shipping costs and get a new total for you.

Q: How do I check out?
A: In order to provide you with the best possible customer support we ask that you create an account with us.  During that process you will give your email address and mailing address.  After that you will be able to add addresses to your address book.  If your billing address and mailing address are the same as the one you just entered you only need to enter then one more time.  Then in the future you will just click on the address you want to use.  Then select your method of shipping and payment and watch your email for confirmation and updates.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  During checkout you will be directed through Paypal where you do not need an account.  After entering your information on the secure website you will be directed back to a confirmation page here at www.boardgameguy.com

Q: I can't find a game on your website.  Are you able to order it in?
A: Yes, most of the time we can order in any game you want at significantly discounted prices.  We are still posting our inventory online so we might also have it in stock even if it's not listed on the website yet.

Q: I'm having trouble with the website, can I order over the phone?
A: Absolutely.  Call 801-381-9352 and we can process your order over the phone if you prefer.

Q: Do you ship games Internationaly?
A: Yes. In order to place an international order (including Canada) and determine shipping costs please send an email to: ryan@boardgameguy.com

To give you a shipping cost, we will need the games you are purchasing and your shipping address.

Q: There is no "Add to Cart" choice under the game i'm looking at?

A: This means the game is out of stock at the momment. We re-order games as soon as we are out but sometimes our distributors are out of stock as well. Please contact me too check on the status of a particular game you're interested in that's out of stock.
